Knights fall big without their Playmaker!!

After kickoff the young quarterback Alex Nicely of the Bandits stocked everyone yet again with his attack as he did at the beginning. Danzey injured himself and he could not continue playing. However, the second fumble of the first Knights Drives was taken in by Mannheim’s Lars Imberg who brought the ball into the end zone for the home team’s lead to 6-0 score. A possible unfavorable start for the team of head coach Martin Habelt that had to do without their playmaker because of injury Cedric Townsend. The Offense of the Knights initially acted more unhappy and less stringent. This resulted in a safety for the Rhein-Neckar Bandits after almost two and a half minutes of playing time to time between 8:0 again by Lars Imberg.
